About GEB and Workspace Greenwich
The Greenwich Enterprise Board (GEB)
GEB is a social enterprise that has been working for the regeneration of the Royal Borough of Greenwich for over 40 years. We own, operate and develop much-needed affordable workspace for SMEs within the Borough for both office and light industrial use.
The loss of workspace within the Borough is a key issue facing SMEs. Employment sites have been lost to housing development and less and less affordable workspace is available for local businesses.
We believe that affordable workspace is the cornerstone of the economy, empowering local people, and ensuring locally-led sustainable, economic development.
Good quality, affordable workspace is crucial for continued economic development within the Borough and its re-provision needs to be at the forefront of any economic strategy.
